At Doctorcura, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and professionally governed healthcare services. Because we supply prescription-only medications, our refund and return policy is subject to strict medical and legal regulations within the European Union.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Prescription medications
Medicines supplied based on a medical consultation
Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons
Once a treatment request has been approved by a licensed physician and the medication has been dispensed by a partner pharmacy, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your treatment request has not yet been reviewed by a physician, or
A licensed physician determines that the requested treatment is medically unsuitable
In these cases, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Where appropriate, you may receive medical guidance.
Once a treatment has been approved by a physician and dispensed or shipped by a partner pharmacy, no refunds or returns are possible.
This also applies if:
You change your mind
You no longer require the medication
The packaging remains unopened
This is required under pharmaceutical safety regulations.
If you receive incorrect medication, an incomplete order, or damaged packaging upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@doctorcura.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will work with the pharmacy and courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns for prescription medications, whether opened or unopened, that have been dispensed following medical approval.
